Jasic Technology Europe SRL pursuant of art. 13 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 in relation to the information that will come into possession, for the purposes of protecting persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data, declares the following:
1. Collected information
Jasic Technology Europe SRL in order to provide to the users the services of it platform collect and manage the following information:
a. Name and Family Name
b. Business and/or personal address
c. Business and/or personal phone number
d. Email address
e. Access date and time
f. Source IP address
g. Operating system used to access the services
h. Web browser version used to access the services
2. Purpose of the information collected
User provided data are used for:
a. Without explicit user consent:
i. Grant access to the services and/or recover access credentials.
ii. Fulfillment of legal, regulatory and tax obligations arising from the existing relationship with the user or provided for by an order of the Authority
iii. Archiving
iv. Protection of the rights of Jasic Technology Europe SRL
b. Only with specific user consent for the following purpose:
i. Sending of electronic mail, traditional mail, telephone contacts with operator, newsletters, commercial communications, sending of advertising material about products or services offered by Jasic Technology Europe and rate these satisfaction grade about the quality of Jasic Technology Europe services.
ii. Sending of emails, traditional mail, telephone contacts about commercial products and services of subsidiaries.
The data will be processed by means of tools and methods aimed at ensuring the confidentiality and security of the data, in compliance with the articles 32 and following of the GDPR and in compliance with the national legislation in force on the subject.
Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
3. Nature of the provision and consequences of refusal
The provision of the data indicated is mandatory for the fulfillment of legal and / or contractual obligations. Therefore, any refusal to provide mandatory data will made it impossible to pursue the purposes indicated in point 2 paragraph a of this information.
The provision of data that requires specific consent from the user is optional. The refusal to provide those data will not preventing the contractual relationship from being carried out.
4. Categories of recipients of personal data
The personal data provided related to the execution of the contractual relationship may be disclosed to third parties belonging to the following categories:
a. Trusted third companies, which Jasic Technology Europe uses, for technical and organizational purpose, in establishing and managing customer relationships.
b. Law firms.
c. Professional firms / companies / consultants providing services for accounting, fiscal and tax purposes as well as in charge of carrying out audits.
d. Jasic Technology Europe SRL IT maintenance company.
e. Professional firms and consultants with the purpose of the protection of the legal rights of Jasic Technology Europe SRL arising from the contract.
f. Financial auditing and certifying company.
g. Super visioning Authorities
All subjects belonging to the categories to which the data can be communicated will use them as “Data Processors” specifically appointed and instructed by Jasic Technology Europe as Data Controller or as independent “Data Controllers” authorized to access them by virtue of the law , regulations and standards.
The data will be processed also by appointed internal managers whose list is available in this document as well as by persons specifically authorized for processing by the Data Controller, in accordance with GDPR regulation.
The personal data processed will not be spread out.
5. Extra EU data transfer
Personal data will not be transferred outside European Union members.
6. Personal data archiving period
Personal data are stored in data centers of third parties covered by cryptographic protection, of which only Jasic Technology Europe SRL is in possession of the decryption keys, for the necessary time prescribed by the laws and, in any case, for no longer than 10 years after the termination of the contractual relationship.
For marketing purposes, the data will be processed for a period of 24 months from the collection of consent during that the user can revoke consent at any time.
Subsequently, the data will be stored until the statutory limitation period with references to the individual rights that can be activated by the parties.
After these terms the data will be deleted unless it is necessary to keep them for other and different purposes imposed by the law.
7. Automated data processing
For the processing purposes described above, no decision are made based solely based on a automated data processing that produces legal effects or affects to the user in a similar way.
8. User’s rights
Pursuant to and for the purposes of the GDPR, the following rights are recognized to the user as an interested party who can exercise them against Jasic Technology Europe SRL:
a. Right to obtain from the Data Controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning the user is being processed and, in this case, to obtain access to personal data and information provided for by art. 15 of the GDPR and in particular to those related to the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data in question, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated, the retention period, etc.
b. Right to obtain, where inaccurate, the correction of the personal data concerning the user, as well as the integration of the same where considered incomplete, always in relation to the purposes of the processing (Article 16)
c. Right to delete data (“right to be forgotten”), where one of the cases referred to in art. 17 occurs
d. Right to limit the data processing, in the cases provided for by art. 188
e. Right to data portability pursuant to art. 20
f. Right to object to the data processing pursuant to Article 21
g. Right to revoke the consent of the data processing at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent given prior to the revocation, only for the purposes whose legal basis is consent (Article 7)
These rights may be exercised by means of a request sent by registered letter with return receipt. to the data protection officer (DPO) at the following address: Corso Garibaldi, 49 – 20121 Milan, or via email to the following email address privacy@jteurope.com.
Finally, we remind hat the user has the right to complaint at the Authority for the Protection of Personal Data or another supervisory authority pursuant to art. 13 paragraph 2 letter d) of the GDPR.
